What we collect. When you unlock the report shelf or start a conversation, we collect the email address you give us and, where you offer it, your name and the area you're interested in. Nothing is collected silently; there is no tracking sold to anyone.
What we send. The reports you unlock, the monthly Langley report and its fifteen picks, and replies to anything you ask us. That's the list. Consistent with Canada's anti-spam law (CASL), you can withdraw consent at any time — every email carries an unsubscribe that works the first time, and the promise on our capture form is literal: no drip campaigns, no newsletters you didn't ask for.
What we never do. We never sell, rent or trade your information. Leads are never sold — it is a founding rule of this publication, not a policy subject to revision.
Where it lives. Subscriber emails are stored with our email service provider under their safeguards; inquiry details route to the licensed professional identified in the footer of every page so a human can actually answer you.
Questions or removal. Write to us through any form on this site and ask; we will confirm what we hold about you and delete it on request.
