Langley.AI is a property-intelligence publication: sourced claims, honest picks, reports that tell you when not to buy, and an AI named Atlas that answers only from what we've verified. Unbranded on the surface, never disguised underneath — here is exactly who builds it and why.
Every figure on this site is sourced and dated before it prints. Every neighbourhood page carries its market measured this month, not last year's brochure. The reports answer the questions buyers actually ask — wells, zoning, taxes, flood plains — plainly enough to act on. And Atlas, our AI, answers only from that owned library; when something isn't in our reports yet, it says so, and then it becomes one. We would rather tell you not to buy than earn a fee you'll regret. That is the entire editorial policy.
This publication is built by Hamish Ross — twenty years working these markets, licensed with Macdonald Realty. The independence you feel in the method is real: the site profits when readers make good decisions and come back, not when any particular property changes hands. Where a reader wants a human — and at the deciding moment, most do — the standard is white-glove: prepared, truthful about value, and bound by the walk-away promise on every page.
[HIS CORRECTION PASS: this page awaits your own words — the porch line, the why, whatever you want the reader to hold. Everything above is the frame.]
Unhappy at any point? Walk away. No fee owed. It prints on every page because it governs every file.
