Langley sold 17.6% of its listings in August against 10.0% valley-wide, has the tightest townhome supply on the board, and is the only board area whose composite benchmark is above its level of five years ago, by 0.2%.
The four rural estate areas sold 45 houses in twelve months with 42 for sale: 11.2 months of supply against 6.0 for Langley overall. Campbell Valley sellers waited a median 64 days.
Langley townhomes sold 30% of their listings in July against 11% valley-wide, with 3.4 months of supply and 98.5% of list price. Houses and condos sat in balance.
Salmon River and Walnut Grove detached benchmarks fell 2.8% and 2.9% on the year against 6.2% for Langley. Langley City has the lowest composite benchmark; Aldergrove has the lowest benchmark for every home type.
